Candidate Name: Timothy Auclair

Seeking the office of: Selectmen

Term of Office: 3 years

Years/months as Raymond resident: 8 Years

Prior experience in municipal service (50 words or less): I served as a selectmen for 3 years, and been elected/appointed to other committees such as the budget committee and CIP committee. I have also served on others in the capacity of selectmen.

2010 Question (100 words or less): How would you reconcile your personal views with your function as a member of your board/office and your charge to represent the best interests of all Raymond citizens? On any board/committee, you come across issues that you may have a personal opinion on at every meeting. Unless you have a conflict of interest and need to step down, you should be able to state the facts that support your view and listen to what the other members and also the citizens have to say about their opinions. After gathering all this information you make decision and vote for what you believe is the best for Raymond, and you abide by the vote made.
