Article 14 was amended at the Town Deliberative session on 5 February 2011
to include the highlighted text below:

Shall the Town of Raymond vote to rescind the previous actions taken by the town in Article 39 in 2005, and Article 26 in 2008, to now have zero Land Use Change Tax dollars allocated for land conservation, zero percent of Land Use Change Tax allocated for Capital Improvements Fund, and have all of the Land Use Change Tax revenue that is collected go to the town’s General Fund?
