Employee Compensation Cap

Shall the Raymond voters agree that there will be no contracts given to an individual employee that obligates the Raymond taxpayers to more than $125,000 (one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars) annually in total compensation, including benefits and retirement without the approval of the legislative body. This will be accomplished by an individual/special warrant article which will take effect immediately.
