Voluntary Small-Stream Buffer Protection

Are you in favor of the adoption of Amendment No. 2 as proposed by the Planning Board for the town zoning ordinance as follows: To amend Article III, Section 3.320, to indicate that the purpose is to encourage preservation of the Shoreland Protection Area and to discourage certain activities within the Shoreland Protection Area, to amend Article II, Section 2.100 by adding a term “Natural Vegetated Shoreland Buffer.” This language is advisory language only and adds no compliance provisions to the Ordinance.
